As December and the Australian Dancesport Championships gets closer, time on the floor to refine routines and see how things are working on a competition floor becomes even more useful. A small group of Just Rhythm dancers took to the floor in Bendigo last weekend to compete across the three Ballroom styles.

A small contingent of Just Rhythm dancers made an appearance at this years Premiere Dancesport Championships which was held at the Mooney Valley Racecourse after a move from Essendon fields. We're so impressed with everyone's visible improvement over this year through dedication to their training.

Just Rhythm Dance Academy has always loved the Geelong Classic Dancesport Festival... our dancers love the friendly atmosphere and always seem to perform so well there. This year was no different with our dancers all having standout performances in their categories.

One of our favourite events of the dance calendar is the Tasmanian Dancesport Championships and this year was no exception. With a fabulous team running the event and co-ordinated by Andrew Palmer our dancers put this competition into their diaries early.

The Southern Cross Championships washeld at the stunning ballroom of the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins over the weekend and we're so proud of our Just Rhythm couples for some fantastic dancing and some great results including a few personal bests.

One of the most glamorous events of the dance calendar is the Crown Dancesport Championships held at Crown each year. A big thank you to Don McRobert and Lorraine Perkins and the CIDA team for putting on such a fabulous event. Just Rhythm Dance Academy had a number of couples competing this year and we're so proud everyone. We're looking forward to a fantastic year of dancing.

While Siobhan and Curtley were eliminated last week in Episode 7 - we were thrilled to see her make an appearance in the triples routine with Jett and Lily performing a Salsa.

Another week of dancing with the Stars has gone past. Siobhan and Curtley had a huge week this week with a Foxtrot for their own number and group number performing a Paso Doble to Thunderstruck with Jett, Lilly and Tristan to also master.
